Shipping policy

All postage is via Royal Mail regardless of destination.

UK - To keep our costs down, and therefore yours all UK postage is shipped 2nd Class, but trackable using the code provided on order fulfilment. Be patient!

We no longer ship to internationally!

Lost orders:

If you think your order has been lost, first check the shipping information available using the login you created at the checkout. If they provides no update contact us directly via Instagram or email and we will investigate on your behalf. If a delivery has been marked as delivered and your address is correct but you can't find it, we do not accept responsibility for the lose, Royal Mail do. We will endeavour to rectify the situation but this will take longer.
